Mathew Minty is a Rhode Island native and avid boater who joined Dockwa in 2016 as a Business Development Representative for North America. In this role, he was charged with generating new business opportunities and enrolling marinas onto the Dockwa Network.

Before starting his career at Dockwa, Mat earned a bachelor's Degree in Economics & Finance from Bentley University and then joined Upserve (acquired by Lightspeed), a restaurant management platform, as the Business Development team lead. His time at Upserve was instrumental in his career change to the recreational marine industry, helping marinas best use management software to generate more revenue and take the stress out of day-to-day operations.

Currently, Mat is the Principal Sales Manager for the company, focusing on helping empower his team to enroll marinas all across the country onto Dockwa’s cloud-based marina management software. In his spare time, Mat enjoys boating, fishing, skiing, and golfing.
