J is a licensed Class A, General Engineering Contractor (CA-CSLB #920518) and has designed and managed more than $40 million worth of inland and coastal marina renovation and development projects providing turnkey marina design-build solutions focused on optimizing quality guest services and facilities, value, and return on investment.
