Ms. Houchin is the lead staff on the California Air Resources Board Amendments to the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation, which was adopted by the Board in March 2022.
Prior to working at CARB, Ms. Houchin worked in the transportation industry, most recently as Transportation Manager for Holland America/ Princess Cruises, based in Alaska.
Ms. Houchin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Environmental Toxicology from the University of California, Davis.
