Allison McKinney is a noteworthy leader in the hospitality industry. She attended San Diego State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Hospitality with an emphasis in Event Management. Allison has held multiple management titles during her career within the Marriott Brand, including food and beverage, banquets, special events, and hotel quality. Allison’s extensive hospitality experience comes from managing multiple departments at some of the top-rated hotels along the California Coast, which has led her to her current role as Quality Manager and Staff Trainer at The Ritz Carlton Bacara Santa Barbara.
