Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) Paul Ricketson is a native of Orange County, CA, and serves as a Federal on Scene Coordinator Representative for the USCG Sector LA-LB AOR. His primary mission is marine environmental protection and enforcement along California's beautiful coastline. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience with oil and emergency response and is a seasoned response expert. His response history includes; the Deepwater Horizon incident, Hurricane pollution/recovery operations, the dive vessel CONCEPTION incident, and numerous pollution spills.

CWO Ricketson is currently stationed in Santa Barbara and has been in the Coast Guard for over 18 years. Previous duty stations include; Cape Canaveral, Florida, San Pedro, California, Mobile, Alabama, Port Arthur, Texas, and Honolulu, Hawaii.
