Steve Meckfessel formed SRM Associates in 1992 which grew to become one of the largest commercial real estate development firms in the Bay Area. In addition to its office holdings, SRM acquired the 740-berth Marina Village Yacht Harbor in 2006. Steve co-owns and manages 1,300 acres of vineyards in the Lodi area. He has served on several non-profit/trade boards including MRA. Steve holds an MBA from UC Berkeley. He is a CPA, licensed general contractor and real estate broker. He is married and has 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Steve was a touring singer-songwriter whose recordings have been aired around the world. He and his wife enjoy traveling and he is a frequent guest lecturer at the Haas Graduate School of Business at UC Berkeley.
