Mr. Blaze, a 6th generation Californian and lifelong boat owner/enthusiast, joined Freedom Boat Club in 2020 as a Franchise Development Manager, working with existing club locations as well as finding new operators and marinas to partner with in the western US/Canada.

Previously, he worked at Polaris Industries in a wide variety of roles from regional manager for the west, to launching their commercial business, and most recently as a Business Development Manager helping grow their network of distribution channels and consumer experience locations in the US/Canada.

Jim is excited to grow the recreational boating industry and champion an increased level of diverse participants who have never experienced the boating lifestyle.
