Ms. Pearson, an Australian native and bluewater sailor, joined Safe Harbor Marinas in 2015 as Regional Vice President for the west coast region, charged with the onboarding of operational initiatives across the western portfolio.
Before this, she managed Shelter Island Marina, San Diego’s largest superyacht facility, and was the Vice President of Business Development for Knight & Carver Maritime, the west’s premier superyacht refit yard.
Currently, Ms. Pearson is in the Business Development role for the company, focusing on acquisitions and opportunities for growth and expansion.
A proponent for the greater boating industry, she is the Chairman of the Superyacht Association, sits on the Marine Recreation Association board, and advises various counties and cities on maritime operations.
