For the past seven years, marine, boating, and recreation enthusiasts have gathered in Sacramento, California – home of our State Capitol – to spotlight issues facing our respective industries.  Attendees hear from statewide leaders, policymakers, legislators, and more to gain a keen understanding on legislation and regulatory issues facing California’s growing marine, boating, and water recreation industries.

ATTENDEE PERMISSION POLICY: By registering, I hereby give Marine Recreation Association (MRA) permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of Marine Recreation Association (MRA).  I agree that MRA has complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose consistent with the Marine Recreation Association (MRA)  mission. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the Internet. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, etc for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release Marine Recreation Association (MRA) and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.

HYATT REGENCY SACRAMENTO ROOM RESERVATION POLICY: I understand and agree that my room reservation information from the hotel will be shared with the Marine Recreation Association staff for the sole purpose of accounting for all rooms reserved under the MRA agreement with the hotel, in order for credits due pursuant to the agreement with the hotel to be properly applied. This information will not be used for any other purpose.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand schedules change, so the Marine Recreation Association will accept substitutions at any time. If a substitution is not available, requests for refunds must be made in writing to the MRA. Refunds made by February 15, 2024 will get a refund minus $50 admin fee.  Any cancellations after February 15, 2024 will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be in writing, and all refunds will be issued by check after the event.
