Mr. Biller came to Platinum Advisors in 2004. Platinum Advisors is one of the largest contract lobby firms in Sacramento with offices in San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Washington DC. Beau came to contract lobbying after serving as the California Trucking Association Director of Government Affairs, Campaign manager, Chief of Staff and committee consultant for various legislators and candidates throughout CA. Mr. Biller’s primary clients include UPS, the Golden Gate Bridge, San Bernardino County, Design Build Institute of America, Mining, Commercial fishing, Marine Recreation Association, CA Yacht Brokers Association and CA Association of Harbor Masters and Port Captains.
Beau received a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, San Diego.
Beau is also a Councilman for the Arden Arcade Citizens Planning Advisory Council, appointed by Supervisor Desmond in 2020.
