Megan Collins is a Managing Engineer with 16 years of experience in coastal and water resource engineering. She recently joined Anchor QEA as a registered Professional Civil Engineer in California. Megan is originally from Dana Point, California, and currently resides near Half Moon Bay.

Megan specializes in dredging engineering, beneficial use of dredged material, sea level rise adaptation planning, stormwater and flood control infrastructure, coastal restoration, and dam removal projects. She manages projects from initial conceptual alternatives through final design and construction, including cost estimating, agency coordination, permitting, stakeholder outreach, and construction management. Megan also has an interest in emerging blue carbon and coastal carbon capture technologies, and other nature-based solutions, that could help protect our coastlines and existing waterfront infrastructure.
