Mr. Seff, a Chicago native, joined Eaton Corporation in 1986 as a Design Engineer for the Lincoln, Illinois facility where he worked with single and group metering, large and small load centers, AC disconnect as well as Meter Breaker products until 2006.

Mr. Seff moved to Williamsburg, Virginia in 2006 upon Eaton’s acquisition of Marina Power and Lighting. He is currently the Engineering Manager, in this position for the past 17 years, he has been responsible for UL, CSA and ETL agency listings, new product development, product line support and ISO compliance.

A proponent for marina electrical safety, he is a Member of NFPA 70 Code Making Panel 7 and NFPA 303. He is also a member of UL231 Power Outlet Pedestal Standards Technical Panel. He holds thirty seven patents related to electrical products and marina safety.
