Mr. Holcomb has more than 16 years of waterfront project experience and specialized expertise in engineering, planning, permitting, and marine construction. Jerry has been focused solely on waterfront infrastructure for his entire career and as an avid sailor is passionate about the creation of waterfronts for the enjoyment of all. He serves various key roles for waterfront projects including design team project management, client and contractor coordination, master plan analyses, feasibility studies, financial market analyses, value engineering, capital improvement reports, grant writing and funding sourcing, stakeholder and public outreach, regulatory and local agency project permitting, and construction management. His relevant waterfront experience includes more than 400 projects both throughout the US and the world. Past clients include various local-state-federal municipalities, private owners, regulatory governing agencies, other industry consultants & contractors, financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate brokerages and underwriters.
Jerry received a BS, in Civil/Structural Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Jerry is a registered professional Civil Engineer in the state of California and Florida.
Jerry has been involved with multiple marine related organizations and previous presenter at conferences including: International Marine and Boatyard Conference (IMBC-2019), Presenter, Marine Recreation Association (MRA), Member, State Organization for Boating Access (SOBA), CA Association of Harbor Master and Port Captains (CAHMPC)
