Dr. Joshua Burnam is a Partner and Principal Environmental Planner at Anchor QEA, where he specializes in all aspects of planning, permitting and construction management of waterfront projects, including dredging and marina projects on the West Coast. Dr. Burnam has worked on dredging and marina renovation at numerous Port, harbor and marina projects. Prior to joining Anchor QEA, Dr. Burnam functioned as a Senior Regulatory Project Manager and regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for dredging for the United States Army, Corps of Engineers Regulatory Program. Dr. Burnam was the Los Angeles District Regulatory Dredging Coordinator; Chairman of the Dredging Operations Subcommittee of the Los Angeles Contaminated Sediments Task Force; a member of the Corps/EPA National Dredge Team; Corps of Engineers Representative on the California Statewide LNG Interagency Task-force, and a Senior Regulatory permit manager in Los Angeles County. He is a graduate of the UCLA Environmental Science and Engineering program, and in his spare time enjoys UCLA Sports, Fishing, and SCUBA diving.
